The process

Our hiring journey is transparent, inclusive, and designed to reveal leadership potential. Here’s what to expect:

Pick your top 3 teams

When you apply, you’ll choose three departments that match your interests. This is where you’ll spend your first 8-month rotation. (You can learn more about our teams ).

Meet Alex, our AI interviewer

Traditional hiring? Boring. Our AI recruiter, Alex, speeds things up and helps highlight what really matters.

Psychometric review

We want to understand how you work – your strengths, style, and potential growth areas – so we can match you with the right team.

Case study presentation

You’ll present your ideas to our leadership panel, showcase your thinking, and get the chance to quiz them about their teams and projects.

Executive interview

This final chat is with a member of our exec team – the people who live and breathe our Constitution. 

Team matching

Before we send your offer, our Talent Development team will review your preferences and performance across the process to place you in your first team. From there, your Mews journey begins.

Your first rotation

You’ll watch short videos from each team before selecting your top 3. It’s your chance to get a feel for the projects, team culture, and what excites you most.

FAQs

Can I join remotely?

We encourage you to experience the Barcelona office environment and connect with your team. That said, we do offer flexible working options. 

When do recruitment intakes take place?

Intakes occur once per year, and you will start on the 1st March 2026.

When is the program starting?

We recommend carefully considering which department you wish to apply for and your motivation for doing so. 

Does Mews sponsor my visa?

We are unable to provide sponsorship for work permits for this role. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain for the full duration of the program.

Not based in Barcelona?

If you make it through the process, we’ve got your back. We’ll do our best to support you during your first month to help you settle in.

How are the second and third rotations decided?

You will pitch yourself in front of a committee. Based on Mews’s needs and your performance, the committee will decide your next rotation.

Is it a paid position?

Yes, you will receive a competitive monthly salary for an entry-level position in Spain.

How many graduates are accepted?

Two graduates with a maximum of two years work experience after graduation.
